Competitive prices
At VERBA, we only supply Grade A parts that we also use in our own products use. However, we offer competitive prices, so you can be sure that, all things considered, you’ll end up paying less.
Deliveries – Delivery times
We aim to deliver orders within the Netherlands within two working days of the order date. In Belgium and Germany, delivery may take slightly longer due to delivery times. Orders are dispatched no later than the next working day after receipt.
Deliveries – Delayed delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the specified delivery time. In the event of a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery charges
For orders under €25, excluding VAT, the delivery charge is €4.95, excluding VAT, and the order handling fee is €5, excluding VAT.
For orders over €25 (excl. VAT), the delivery charge is €4.95 (excl. VAT) and the order fee is €0.
For orders over €99 (excl. VAT), no delivery charges will be applied.
We only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. If you are based elsewhere, please contact our customer service team.
Payment options – Direct payment methods
Through MultiSafepay, we offer a range of payment options in a secure environment. Pay straight away via iDEAL or choose another payment method. Whichever option you choose, you will receive an invoice for each consignment.
Steps after placing your order: here’s what happens next:
- You will receive a confirmation by email
- We will send you the order along with the invoice.
- You will receive your order.
