Description
PT0 Stainless steel dryer for meat pigs
The PT0 dry sink for swine stainless steel is suitable for all types of drying food, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. This pig feed box is specially designed for pigs from 20 to 120 kg. The large bunker capacity and the variety of types makes these pigs dry-feed tray ideal for feeding small to large groups of pigs.
Robust design and hygiene
The PT0 drying container for pigs is extremely robust by using STAINLESS STEEL 304. Around the pork bowl is equipped with the enormously strong and hygienic unique PT0 beaded edge. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-mors edge is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no pig food can crawl in to spoil it. Moreover, this anti-morsal edge minimizes feed spills and optimises feed conversion, which works significantly cost-effectively.
Safe and sustainable eating compartments
The eating compartments are separated by a stainless steel round staff frame with upper and lower brackets, so pigs cannot stick with their ear tags. These eating compartment distributions are completely stuck through the stainless steel front and then completely cancelled, so they cannot break out even if the welding would fail. The eating compartment side of the PT0 pig drier is light colored, which ensures the best feed intake and visible hygiene in the pig shed.
Simple adjustment and versatility
The own developed and indestructible PT0 adjustment with star button works very simple, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves working time and ensures that pigs and this food container never run out of food. These details, which we have been developing for 50 years, ensure that the PT0 drying troughs have an excellent value for money and are the best choice for your stable. All pig drying troughs are also available in a double version and can be set separately per loft.
Optional reinforcements and versatility
A stainless steel spindle adjustment, lid and mounting corners are optionally available. The SM pig dryer is also regularly used as a goat or sheep feed.
