Rear and side walls:
The piglets cabin has a plastic rear wall and side walls of 10 mm thick recycled PE color white.
The rear wall is equipped with a piglets' entrance which can be closed by means of the supplied slider.
For watching food does food grind its slots where the nursery front is mounted.
Lid:
The transparent hinged lid is of the material P.E.K 3 mm thick. This is reinforced with well finished stainless steel bead part quality 304 and is equipped with easy handle. The lid remains in open position automatically you do not need to fasten it.
Front wall:
The transparent front wall is material Polycarbonate 6 mm thick. The front plate is reinforced with well finished stainless steel bead quality 304. The entire front wall is lightweight and easily removable, making moving piglets very easy to clean.
Floor execution:
The floor version is standard with the well-known floor heating plate of PT0 . This is from above with the rubber node plate. These plates are equipped with 12 mm thick oxygen-resistant PE hose which h.o.h 50 mm are milled in the top plate. (the PT0 piglets cabin can also be delivered without underfloor heating.)
Ventilation:
The 15 cm wide fixed top plate is equipped with slot holes for the necessary ventilation
Feedbox:
If chosen for a piglets feed in the piglets' cabin, it is fitted for the milling openings of the sows' bowl.
Dimensions:
The piglets cab is available in any size- can be mounted as well as unassembled. If delivered unassembled a complete assembly manual with text and clear photocopiers is supplied
Piglets:
The standard piglets cabin is suitable for piglets from birth up to 25 kg.
Overview:
Thanks to the transparent cover and front wall you can quickly and efficiently check your piglets. And has created an ideal working situation.
Raising stalls:
For the stall breeding lofts, PT0 possibly provides a special sows/bigges valve machine the fully RvS-based KZB type that can be mounted directly to the piglets' cabin.
