The VERBA Dry feeder for piglets made of all stainless steel 304 is suitable for all types of dry feed, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. The feeder is specially designed for weaned piglets from 7 to 35 kg. The large bunker capacity and variety of types makes the dry feeder extremely suitable for feeding small to very large groups of piglets. The Verba dry feeder is extremely robust through the use of stainless steel 304 and all around the feeder is equipped with the unique Verba stainless steel bead edge. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-spill rim is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no feed can creep in and spoil. In addition, this anti-spill edge ensures that there is virtually no spillage of feed, resulting in optimal feed conversion, which in turn saves considerably on costs. The eating compartments are separated by a stainless steel round bar frame with upper and lower brackets that prevent piglets from getting stuck with their ear tags and from getting stuck in between. These piglet dividers are fully pierced through the stainless steel front and then fully welded so that they cannot break out even if the welds should fail. The inside of the Verba dry feeder is completely light that ensures the best feed intake and it makes the hygiene in the stable visible. The in-house developed and indestructible Verba adjustment with star knob works very easily and is very accurate and quick to adjust and always stays in position. This saves on labor time and ensures that the piglets never run out of feed. All pig dry feeders are also available in a double version and can therefore also be set separately per pen.
