The VERBA dry feeder for piglets made of 304 stainless steel is suitable for all types of dry feed, possibly mixed with 35% CCM. This piglet feeder is specially designed for weaned piglets from 7 to 35 kg. The large bunker capacity and the variety of types make the piglet dry feeder extremely suitable for feeding small to very large groups of piglets.
Robust design and hygiene
The VERBA piglet dry feeder is enormously robust due to the use of stainless steel 304. All around the piglet feeder is equipped with the extremely strong and hygienic unique VERBA bead edge. The sophisticated stainless steel anti-spill edge is completely closed and ensures excellent hygiene because no pig food can creep in and rot. In addition, this anti-spill edge minimizes feed spillage and optimizes feed conversion, which is significantly cost-saving.
Safe and durable eating compartments
The groove compartments are separated by a stainless steel round bar frame with top and bottom brackets, so piglets cannot get stuck with their ear tags and cannot get stuck. These groove compartments are fully penetrated through the stainless steel front and then fully welded, so they cannot break out even if the welds were to fail. The munch box side of the VERBA piglet dry feeder is made of stainless steel and light-colored, ensuring the best feed intake and visible hygiene in the piglet house.
Easy adjustment and versatility
The in-house developed and indestructible VERBA adjustment with star knob works very easily, is very accurate and always stays in position. This saves labor time and ensures that the piglets never run out of feed. All dry feeders are also available in a double version and can be set separately for each piglet pen.
Optional reinforcements and versatility
